COMPOSITE/BONDING

In these photographs we see examples of how it is possible to fix teeth that have chipped or have spaces between them by bonding composite (tooth colored filling material) to the teeth.

In this example the patient broke away part of her front tooth. By using composite (tooth colored filling material) Dr. Ganji was able to recreate the part of the tooth that was missing.

"It’s very hard to tell where the tooth broke."

This patient’s front teeth had small gaps between them. Rather than moving her teeth with braces we were able to bond composite to her teeth and close the gaps to create natural looking teeth with no gaps between them.

CROWNS/VEENERS

In these photographs we see examples of how crowns can be used to realign, lengthen and whiten teeth that are crowded, worn down, broken and discolored.

This gentleman had worn his teeth down to such an extent that it appeared as though he had broken his teeth. For this patient’s smile to be restored properly, Dr. Ganji needed to partner with and guide an orthodontist as well as a periodontist. This patient’s treatment took approximately two and a half years to complete due to the need to move the patient’s teeth to provide the space and bite needed to restore his smile. The patient now has a very handsome smile and a very stable bite.

When teeth get worn down they can become discolored and move out of their natural position. These before and after photographs demonstrate beautifully how Dr. Ganji is able to restore teeth to their natural color, length and beauty.

"Natural…"

These are before and after photographs of an 89 year old patient of Dr. Ganji who said she was tired of her crowded and discolored teeth. By listening to his patient’s desires, as well as studying her smile and her bite (occlusion), Dr. Ganji was able to provide her the smile she had always wanted.

IMPLANT CROWNS

Dental implants are an excellent way to replace missing teeth.

In these photographs the patient’s two front teeth were replaced with dental implants and crowns.

DENTURES AND IMPLANT SUPPORTED DENTURES

Dentures are a wonderful way to provide a patient that is missing teeth with teeth. Dentures are very effective and functional; however, from multiple studies we know that full upper and lower dentures provide a patient with only 10% of their natural chewing capabilities.

This patient has a full upper denture and a full lower denture. The patient’s upper denture fits securely and comfortably. The patient’s lower denture did not fit well due to lack of lower jaw ridge to support the lower denture. In order to provide stability for the lower denture four implants were placed with attachments that were secured to the top of the implants. These four attachments snap into four housings inside the lower denture to provide the patient with a secure and stable lower denture that he is able to remove, clean and replace. This is one example of an implant supported lower denture.

Another type of implant supported denture is a denture that is screwed securely into attachments in the tops of the implants. These types of dentures are not removed by patients; the dentist is the only one who can remove and replace these implant-supported dentures. These dentures are referred to as implant supported hybrid dentures. These photographs show the four attachments the denture is screwed into as well as the denture secured in place.
